Our Return Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition with all protective packaging and authentication materials intact.
Important Exceptions
To preserve the integrity of our luxury offerings, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry items (including engraved pieces)
- Items with removed or damaged security tags or authenticity certificates
- Watches that have had their protective seals broken (including all Breitling, IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai, and Zenith timepieces)
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
The Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Email our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Authorization: Within 48 hours, our luxury specialists will respond with:
- Return authorization number
- Detailed packing instructions
- Return shipping address (894 Windmill Park Lane, Mountain View, US 94043)
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original luxury packaging with all protective materials, tags, and certificates. Include the original invoice.
- Shipping: Ship your return via a trackable courier service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns). For your protection, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance.
- Processing: Once received, our authentication team will inspect the item(s) within 3 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via our standard shipping method.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and authenticate your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Note: International bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- We will process your exchange immediately upon authentication of the returned item
- For higher-value exchanges, you will be invoiced for the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
